Cream the butter and sugar until they are pale and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, a little at a time. Now you need to fold in the
flour and then add enough milk to give a slighty runny consistency. Now divide the mixture into the cake cases and bake them in the oven for 25-30
minutes at 190 degrees.

When you are icing your biscuits, if you want smooth icing, put a fish slice in some boiled water remove the remainder of the water and smooth out
your icing, you will need to re-apply the boiling water and repeat this process untill you have finished icing you biscuits.
