Sieve the flour, cinnamon and sugar, chop the butter into small pieces. Then add the butter to the sugar, cinnamon and flour and rub the butter
in until it looks like breadcrumbs. When it looks like breadcrumbs use 1 hand and form a ball of dough, once you have 1 ball of dough,
take it out of your mixing bowl and roll it out, using a rolling pin until it is about 1cm thick. Now using a shaped cutter, cut out your buscuit's
and place them onto a baking tray and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Method for making the Icing
Crushed the dried apples and put them into a bowl, add the apple high juice, water and the green food colouring. Now add enough icing sugar until the
mixture is thick and stiff .Now it is time to decorate your
biscuits!!
SOME TOP TIPS FOR MAKING YOUR CINNAMON BISCUITS AND APPLE ICING
Remember to only add a little at a time because you cannot remove it once it is mixed in.
When you are icing your biscuits, if you want smooth icing, put a fish slice in some boiled water remove the remainder of the water and smooth out
your icing, you will need to re-apply the boiling water and repeat this process untill you have finished icing you biscuits.
